In order to be a better one, you need to equip yourself with appropriate skills. If you do not have supervisory experience, you may want to attend management seminars and other training programs that will help you become an effective manager, supervisor or boss.

Chennai Revisited

| Temple of Shiva in Chennai, India |
One of my treasured memories of Madras, was when a movie was filmed in the ship, meeting face to face with their local actors and actresses. They shot the film under extreme heat because the vessel's air condition system was not functioning well that time, but they did it with-out any complaints at all.

Life Goes On
It has been a week since the visco injection was done to augment the depleted cartilages of my knees, and thus far, only the area where the needle was inserted remained bluish. No swelling was observed around the knee joints, with only a little pain felt during stretching exercises.
It's time for myself to get back to life's normal routine, through aqua aerobics activities and swimming, armed with a positive attitude in holding on to the belief that things will get better in the coming days.

Managing Osteoarthritis of Both Knees
Last August 12, 2011, we visited the Center for
Musculoskeletal Science-Asia at the 2nd floor of
Hollywood Square Bldg, 33West Avenue in Quezon City
after having an 8am appointment with Dr. Isagani Leal.
I found his name through research in the internet.
The center uses the latest technology in managing
and treating, sports-related injuries, bones and joints
pain management, and other degenerative diseases involving
muscles and the skeletal system in general.
